Circuit Authoring Tool is aimed to become a mighty µC and cpld/fpga driven device helping you to emulate not only ROMs but even ROMs in combination with discrete logic!

Thanks to a universal Interface CAT will be compatible to many many Target systems like classic game consoles.

CAT will feature MMC/SD memorycard access and graphic LCD with navigation menu.

CAT is aimed to be really low cost (below 100 EUR) so many people may afford to build one on their own.
